Strength for Seniors is on Tuesdays from 3:15-4:15 in the Craft Room. Liz Hill is offering a class with bands and weights to help us stay strong. There is limited space, so arrive early!
Zumba Gold has begun on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm. A moderate version of Zumba is fun for all ages and only $6 a session. You can’t beat that.
In October, we will be offering Canasta – a fun card game. Moira Leischman will be offering instruction for new players and rusty players. Players of all levels are welcome to play in the Farish Room every other Wednesday from 1pm-3pm starting Wednesday
October 2nd.
Creativity Classes – Join in the spirit of feeling artistic! This series of artful classes will tap into your creative soul, even if you don’t think you have one! We will explore different mediums, textures, and projects you will proud to have accomplished. Be inspired by those who join you in these inventive moments. Let’s have some fun! No experience necessary as Nicol Mentis guides us on Monday afternoons at 2pm in the Lunch Room starting October 21st.
Handwriting Analysis – Handwriting analysis is an interesting ability to understand personal traits by studying your handwriting the handwriting of your family and friends and even deceased individuals. Each of use leaves clues by our handwriting which can tell a lot about us. Join Don Plessas for these introductory classes in the Farish Room 11:00 to 12:30 on Monday October 21, 28, November 4 & 18.
No preregistration required, but there is limited seating so arrive early.
